Incredibil - DHL International mai lent ca Posta Romana

DHL International dezminte expresia binecunoscută că ce este nemtesc (german) este de calitate

La prima vedere pare incredibil ca DHL International sa livreze un colet mai lent ca Posta Romană dar mie tocmai mi sa intamplat. Am comandat la un magazin online in HK mai multe produse majoritatea cu livrare prin posta romană care cum stie toată lumea livrează in cateva săptămani bune coletele si un produs cu DHL international. Surpriză, coletele expediate din HK in aceeași data cu poșta au fost livrate in 2 saptămani, coletul cu DHL nu l-am primit incă nici azi. Nu vreau să laud poșta română mai am și la ei 2-3 colete din noiembrie care incă nu au venit, dar la DHL chiar nu mă așteptam. Dupa ce a ajuns coletul in Romania a inceput distractia pe 12.01.2018 primesc email de la DHL in care sa aleg varianta de vamuire daca platesc eu direct taxele vamale sau dacă mandatez DHL să se ocupe de formalitațile vamale ( contracost bineinteles comision minim 99,96 lei ). Am ales sa platesc eu taxele direct si am oferit in aceeași zi toate documentele cerute pentru vămuire (copie CI, cod EORI, factură, dovada plații, declaratie pe propria răspundere, acord dhl ). După 4 zile agentul DHL nu este mulțumit că pe factura originală nu este specificat prețul transportului separat ( produsul era cu livrare gratuită la magazinul unde am făcut comanda, prețul de transport era desigur băgat in preț), si vine cu articol din regulamentul vamal ( art. 138, alin. 3 din Reg. 2446/2015 ) că e musai să am pe factură cost de transport separat. Am citit cred că 3- 400 de pagini din regulamentul vamal să văd unde specifică așa ceva, avand in vedere ca sunt mii de magazine online in intreaga lume ce au livrare gratuită, bineințeles că nu există așa ceva. Am facut printscreen, am specificat ca am citit regulamentul vamal comunitar și nu am găsit specificat așa ceva. Intre timp am cerut magazinului să-mi refacă factura cu prețul transportului separat ca să nu mai aibe motiv să lungescă vămuirea, factură transmisă a doua zi către dhl. De atunci au trecut 10 zile și in timp ce scriu aceste randuri am primit in sfârșit inștiințarea de plată pentru taxele vamale ( uriașe de 32,00 lei ) Am facut plata imediat și acum sunt tare curios sa văd câte zile mai durează livrarea pachetului. Nu m-ar mira ca DHL-ul să mă pună sa achit și taxă de magazinaj.

Coletul a stat in vama Otopeni călători trei săptămâni, probabil ca vameșii sunt foarte ocupați pentru ca formalitațile de vămuire să dureze așa mult pentru un colet cu un singur produs. Dar DHL ca o firmă de curierat de renume ar trebui să aibe niște protocoale cu vama să scurteze cumva termenele procesului de vămuire pentru simplu motiv că intârzierea o afectează direct.
Sunt curios dacă alegeam să plătesc 100 lei la DHL să se ocupe ei de formalitațile vamale dacă dura tot atât, cred că o să incerc și varianta asta, să vedem dacă se ocupă la fel de profesionist de livrarea pachetului.

Concluzia cred că vine de la sine: un serviciu scump și foarte prost oferit de DHL International clienților din Romania
