Extended list of search options includes quick, refine and advanced search forms.
Real Estate website software provides different search options with various property operations. Administrator can choose types of real estate operations that will be available on the site.
Your site visitors will be able to take use of Quick Search, Refine Search displayed on search results page andAdvanced Search for specifying property criteria.
It’s possible to:

- view search results on map or as a list of properties;

- search for a listing by its ID (the option is enabled/disabled in administration panel);

- define quick search form preferences to have search forms filled in automatically.
Search by keywords is another search option of our real estate script that allows to search by keywords from listing description, headline, comments, loaded files, location and listing owner's info.
'Variants matching my criteria' help to search using listing criteria. You choose one of your listings and get results on the basis of its criteria.

3. There is a number of Paid Services available to feature a listing:
- Slide-show is a paid option that allows your site visitors to make listing more attractive with a series of photos displayed one-after-another.
- With the help of Lifting up a listing service site members can make their listing(s) higher in search results.
- Leader of the region service makes a listing featured in the region. It means a listing photo and greeting text may appear on the main pages of the website. The higher the listing bid is, the more chances to become a new "Leader of the region" a member has.
- Listing Highlight service helps to drive other members’ attention to a listing thanks to a colored table.

The improvements are based on usability tests and developed conception of efficiency improvement (improvements in performing everyday tasks and ease of learning). We strive to make basic tasks accomplished easier from the first time administrator accesses administration panel.
Administrator is a root user and has full permissions to manage members, listings, billings, languages, banner ads, site content and other site parameters.
Billing Settings

Registration Confirmation option: if it is enabled, new member's profile becomes active only after clicking confirmation link sent to his/her email address. Without confirming registration a person will not have access to site sections.
Members Uploads Approve: administrator can enable approve option for photos, videos and virtual tours added to the listing. Before administrator approves uploads, they will not be available on the site.
Site administrator can now move one or more site members from one group to another specifying period of membership in the selected group.
